Toyota Center¹s Red and White Bistro located on the Lower Suites level features hardwood floors, a sparkling display kitchen, and views of all the action.

Red and White¹s Chef Philippe Boucaumont¹s culinary career has taken him on a fascinating tour of the world... from the French Rivera¹s Cote d¹ Azure with world famous chef Roger Verge and in the land of Picasso and Renoir to Isak Dinesen¹s (out of Africa) Kenya. From here he moved to the crystal blue waters of The Mauritius Island in the Indian Ocean... and now it is our good fortune to have Philippe here with Levy Restaurants in Houston and at Toyota Center.

Chef Philippe has been the private chef for dignitaries and celebrities including former President Jimmy Carter, Madonna, former French Prime Minister Michael Rocard, and King Hussain of Jordan.

Each game Chef Philippe and his staff prepare the spectacular ³Chef¹s Table² buffet featuring a variety of World cuisines, and assortment of delectable desserts, and other special items all for $39.95. Kids ages 6 thru 12 eat for half price $19.95.
