Premium Concierge

REPORTS TO: Manager of Premium Services

The concierge staff provides front line service and is dedicated to delivering extraordinary convenience and comfort to Suite Holders and their guests, including, but not limited to:

• Assist Suite Holders with all questions/concerns/issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work closely with Premium Services Team members, Levy staff, and building staff to provide resolutions for Suite Holder concerns/issues.
• Act as a knowledgeable representative of Toyota Center/Rockets to meet and address Suite Holder needs.
• Routine checks of our luxury suites before and after each event to make sure they meet our standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work in a team environment
• Must demonstrate professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
