REPORTS TO: Event Operations Manager
Reporting to Toyota Center’s Event Operations Manager, this position will assist in the oversight of all Guest Services Event Staff. This position plays an integral role in hiring, training, development and staffing operations including scheduling for all Toyota Center events. Must have a strong understanding of customer service and guest relations with the ability to handle and resolve customer service issues in a professional manner. Must have the ability to manage numerous part-time staff and oversee all customer service related programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have the ability and willingness to work long days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (if necessary).
• 1 to 3 years experience in the entertainment (arena, stadium or theater) industry or related field (preferred).
• BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience.
• Customer service background including training, staffing and issue resolution.
• Experience or exposure to managing event staff.
• Demonstrated managerial or supervisory experience in this field.
